What is Marketing Education ?
5 credit class (2 for classwork and 3 for work)
An exciting program featuring lots of hands on learning tailored to student needs and industry requirements. Areas of concentration include business management, marketing, civic service, entrepreneurship, advertising and promotion. The curriculum embodies three components: class instruction, work-based learning and involvement in DECA student organization. Students have two periods of daily instruction and possible early release to accomodate for employment schedules. The potential for articulation credits for college universities is possible. Creative thinking, professional development, leadership, and team building are emphasized throughout this course.
